This page explains what is collected when someone sends an event for review, contacts TARR, or asks for real-estate help and how that information is used.

01

What the event form collects

The form collects the event details you provide, your name and email address, an optional phone number, your connection to the event, and any flyer, photo, or artwork you choose to attach.

02

What the contact and real-estate forms collect

The general contact form collects your name, the email address and/or phone number you provide, preferred contact method, message topic, and message. The real-estate form also collects the kind of real-estate help and property you want, optional price range, and timeframe.

03

How it is used

Event information is used to review and manage the public calendar. General messages and real-estate inquiries are used by Alissa Doan to respond, provide relevant local or property guidance, correct TARR information when appropriate, and manage follow-up. The forms use safeguards to prevent abuse.

04

What may become public

Only approved event information and approved artwork may appear publicly. Contact details, general messages, real-estate requests, private owner notes, and technical anti-spam identifiers are not shown on the public site.

05

Review, storage, and retention

Requests are stored in TARR’s protected website database and, for event artwork, protected image storage. General contact and real-estate inquiry details are also sent securely to Follow Up Boss so Alissa can manage the requested follow-up. Records may be kept as reasonably needed to respond, document decisions, and prevent abuse. TARR does not sell form contact information.

06

Outside links and services

TARR links to government agencies, local businesses, maps, weather information, and other outside websites. Those services have their own privacy practices. Basic technical information may also be processed by the services that securely host and protect this website. Follow Up Boss has its own privacy practices for information processed through its customer-relationship system.
